In the Lexington area, please join us for the 2nd annual Spindletop Stache & Sweater Dash 5K at The Club at Spindletop Hall in Lexington, KY at 9:00 am. This race will benefit benefit the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center.

Hope to see you and your kiddo at the 4th Annual Kid’s Legacy Tri for ages 6 through 14 this Sunday at 8:30 am at The Club at Spindletop Hall in Lexington. In case you’re new to the sport, a triathlon has a swim stage, followed by a bike stage and finishes with a run stage. Register now and we’ll see you on Sunday!

Run with the Knight 5K on Thursday, May 28 at Coldstream Research Park at 7:00 pm to benefit the tuition assistance fund at Lexington Catholic High School. Run for the Nun 5K on Saturday, May 30th at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church to benefit the St. Vincent DePaul Society Food Bank. And finally, run the Brave Faces of Cancer 5K on Sunday, May 31st at Keeneland, BECAUSE you, or someone you care about, has been on a cancer journey, which includes survivors and those who cancer has taken too soon.
…begins our historic story of Saturday, May 16, 2015. Chapter One begins at 7:00 am in Lexington with the inaugural Kentucky Ale Horse Capital Marathon and Half Marathon at the Kentucky Horse Park. Chapter Two starts just one hour later at 8:00 am at the 2nd annual Run for the L of It 5K at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. And in conclusion, we have the R.J. Corman 5K to benefit Chrysalis House at 9:00 am in Nicholasville, KY. We hope you will be making history with us!

…races that is! This weekend, we’ll be at 3 great races, starting on Friday evening with the inaugural RK-5K, The Twilight Run at the Rolex Kentucky at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event. No rest for us as we continue on Saturday morning with the 6th Annual Sharks on the Run 5K in Lexington, KY and finish on Saturday evening with the School House Champions 5K in Georgetown, KY.
