Thanks to our very own Bob Baney, there are two new races in the Lexington area coming in November! We hope to see you at the Dirty Dog Trail 4 Miler on November 8th in Veteran’s Park in in Lexington and on November 28th at the Spindletop Stache & Sweater Dash 5K at Spindletop Hall in Lexington, KY as well.
And we’ll be there with all the Superheroes of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Kentuckiana! Please join us at 8:00 am for the race in the Ft. Knox, KY starting and finishing at the PX! As you know, all kids need heroes, some kids need Superheroes!
…is an annual event intended to recognize and celebrate the lives of organ donor patients and those they have helped save through organ donation. The run/walk event is organized by the University of Louisville Hospital and Jewish Hospital, both members of KentuckyOne Health. 3 Way Racing is proud to be associated with this event and we hope to see you on next Saturday, Sept. 13th, at Iroquois Park in Louisville. We’re back to racing next weekend at the Pat French Junior Achievement 5K in Elizabethtown, KY. This race benefits Junior Achievement in Hardin County which has a mission of inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in the global economy.
The race also honors the life of Pat French whose life was cut short by heart failure in October 2011. Pat graduated from E-town High School and Western Kentucky University. Pat was a kindergarten teacher at Lincoln Trail Elementary School in E-town, as well as a wife, mother of two (Jennifer & Grant), and an avid runner.
…at the Beaumont YMCA in Lexington, KY! The 10th annual Kids Tri-Y Triathlon for boys and girls ages 6 through 14 will be held at the Beaumont YMCA in Lexington, KY.
…this Friday evening in Hendersonville, TN at the Wakeup and Run 5K/70K – No Sleep event! This unique event is sponsored by Wake Up Narcolepsy (WUN), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working to speed narcolepsy diagnosis and treatment. The 5K starts and 6:00 pm and the 70K starts and 7:00 pm and ends at 7:00 am the next day!
…is occurring this weekend as we time the Get Fit Kentucky Triathlon in Morganfield, KY and the 3rd Annual Run With All Your Hart 4 Miler in Russell Springs, KY. Hope we’ll see you at one of these great events!
We’re so honored to be a part of Jill’s Wish 5K coming this Saturday, July 19 at Iroquois Park in Louisville, KY. The mission of Jill’s Wish is to help minimize the financial worries associated with cancer in order to focus on recovery. Jill’s attitude of ROCK WHAT YOU GOT! can be adopted by all of us to make the most out of the challenges we face in our lives. ROCK ON JILL!
