Run with the Knight 5K on Thursday, May 28 at Coldstream Research Park at 7:00 pm to benefit the tuition assistance fund at Lexington Catholic High School. Run for the Nun 5K on Saturday, May 30th at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church to benefit the St. Vincent DePaul Society Food Bank. And finally, run the Brave Faces of Cancer 5K on Sunday, May 31st at Keeneland, BECAUSE you, or someone you care about, has been on a cancer journey, which includes survivors and those who cancer has taken too soon.
…begins our historic story of Saturday, May 16, 2015. Chapter One begins at 7:00 am in Lexington with the inaugural Kentucky Ale Horse Capital Marathon and Half Marathon at the Kentucky Horse Park. Chapter Two starts just one hour later at 8:00 am at the 2nd annual Run for the L of It 5K at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. And in conclusion, we have the R.J. Corman 5K to benefit Chrysalis House at 9:00 am in Nicholasville, KY. We hope you will be making history with us!

Then on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm we’re hoping to get a cupcake at The Great Cake Race 5K at Keeneland in Lexington. Giddyap!
…races that is! This weekend, we’ll be at 3 great races, starting on Friday evening with the inaugural RK-5K, The Twilight Run at the Rolex Kentucky at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event. No rest for us as we continue on Saturday morning with the 6th Annual Sharks on the Run 5K in Lexington, KY and finish on Saturday evening with the School House Champions 5K in Georgetown, KY. We seem to be doubling up more and more! This coming Saturday, April 18th, we’re in Fort Knox for the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club 5K and at almost the same time in Murray, KY for the Murray Half Marathon and 5K. We can do this thanks to our skilled staff that continues to grow and provide excellent results!
…will hopefully take a break next weekend for these two great races! The inaugural Nutrition Fuels Fitness 5K will be Saturday, April 11th at 9:00 am at Coldstream Research Park. The 5th annual Lightning Strike 5K will be Sunday, April 12th at 2:30 pm at Tates Creek High School. Come race with us!
Two great cities in Kentucky, and we’ll be in both this weekend! The 19th annual Total Fitness Connection MiniMarathon and 5K will be held at Basil Griffin Park in Bowling Green. And the girls of Kappa Delta Sorority at UK are presenting the 5th annual Shamrock Shuffle 5K at Coldstream Research Park in Lexington. Hope to see you at one of these great races!
